Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases.

If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it – no questions asked – as long as the item is in resellable condition. This means it may have been tested or briefly used, but must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@biladapter.no. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be returned in resellable condition.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items:

If the item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@biladapter.no with a description and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
