We currently deliver to addresses within Norway only. In-stock items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days. Pre-order items will be delivered by the end of June 2025. All orders are delivered to the nearest available parcel locker (pakkeboks).

As a private customer, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is in resellable condition, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us at support@biladapter.no before returning any item.

All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by misuse or external factors.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. We support most common payment options used in Norway.
